Our team of veterinarians and trained support professionals are here to help. When you make that last loving decision we are here to give you options for a serene goodbye.
We help your pet cross the Rainbow Bridge at home, in a comforting environment surrounded by family and love ones.

At Home Euthanasia
We understand during this difficult time that you want your pet to be as physically and mentally comfortable as possible. There is no more comforting place than home. We come to your home to help your pet pass; surrounded by their family and loved ones.

In Home Euthanasia: $390
Brief physical exam and euthanasia procedure/visit. Your pet remains with you
Euthanasia and Save Cremation under 50 pounds: $765
Brief physical exam and euthanasia procedure, we take your pet with us to be cremated individually and ashes returned back.
Euthanasia and Save Cremation over 50 pounds: $790
Brief physical exam and euthanasia procedure, we take your pet with us to be cremated individually and ashes returned back.
Euthanasia and Group Cremation all sizes: $590
Brief physical exam and euthanasia procedure, your pet is taken with us and cremated alongside other pets. Ashes cannot be saved/returned.

After Care
We are partnered with after care services from Trusted Journey in Fort Wayne to take care of your after care wishes. Your pet is returned home in either a decorative metal urn or a hand carved rosewood urn. Other urns and items are available upon request for an additional fee. About Our Veterinarians
We strongly believe that helping a cherished family member pass is the last loving gift we can give to our pets. We wanted families to have options to decide where to deliver on that gift. Rainbow Bridge Home Pet End of Life Care was established to provide an in-home option. We believe that crossing the Rainbow Bridge is more serene at home surrounded by loved ones.
